Diving into Earthquake Seismology
About Our Seminar
Through our collaboration with Professor Semechah Lui from the University of Toronto, Alcanza provided an in-depth lecture on earthquake seismology. Professor Lui explored the cutting-edge technology used to detect earthquakes and discussed strategies for minimizing the risks associated with seismic activity. This 5-lecture course was translated in real-time to Spanish and offered valuable knowledge to our communities on how science can help mitigate natural disasters.
